No: There are people that are prescribed zyrtec (cetirizine) up to four times a day for various conditions.  It should be no problem to take zyrtec (cetirizine) twice a day as long as it does not make you too sleepy when you need to drive or work.

Sedation: That dose of zyrtec is going to be very sedating.  This defeats the purpose of taking zyrtec instead of benadryl (diphenhydramine).  That level of sedation will make you a drowsy --> dangerous driver.  Have you tried Loratadine or allegra?  Do you use Flonase or something like it?  Do you regularly flush your nose with a saline/ baking soda solution?

Probably.: Shouldn't be a problem as long as its regular Zyrtec (DO NOT attempt with Zyrtec-D) and you don't have any history of severe reactions with antihistamine. Also, another strategy might be to try an intranasal steroid (Flonase, Nasonex, (mometasone) etc) with a single Zyrtec to see if that helps.  Good luck!

Not advised: You should not take an extra dose of any once a day medication. In this case see your allergist or primary doctor to decide what medication(s) you can take, in addition to or instead of what you are taking now.

Drink HOW much ETOH?: I always assume when someone asks a question like this that they are not talking about one or two social drinks.  There is really no significant interaction between alcohol and antihistamines like zyrtec, (cetirizine) although both may be sedating. However, alcohol itself can result in itching, and may be part of the problem. If you are talking larger amounts of alcohol, that is in itself a problem.

last week i started taking a women's one a day vitamin. every since i have had bad tension headaches. is this coincidence? i take zyrtec (cetirizine) and flonase

No correlation: has more to do with your sinus issues, that can create a tension headache. Taking your Zyrtec (cetirizine) or Flonase should help. Make sure you are hydrating well as the first sign of dehydration is having a headache.
