Gilberts syndrome: Avoid all vitamins that are fat soluble since they can collect in the liver. Like vitamins a e d and k  
avoid analgesic paracetamol  (acetoaminophen  panadol tylenol (acetaminophen) ) which is metabolised by an enzyme also deficient in gs. 
Avoid infections and dehydration   
zinc is sometimes recommended
gs requires no treatment.  Eat healthy normal regular  diet, plenty of water. Above all avoid stress.

There are studies on both sides of this issue, and the majority of studies have not shown efficacy of either medication in preventing the progression or promoting the improvement of liver inflammation.  This is particularly true with vitamin E, where all studies have shown lack of efficacy. A few studies of milk thistle have shown small improvements, but most not.
