Yes: Vitamin B12 is absorbed by a complex process including a substance called intrinsic factor, which is produced by the stomach and delivered to cells in the small intestine for absorption. Although there are certain medications (acid blockers, for example) which interfere with the process by which B12 is absorbed, there is no reason to expect green tea to block any aspect of that cascade.

If you are a vegetarian, please learn how to supplement to protect your health. If you have B12 deficiency from some other cause, it's likely to be a lifetime management issue. Green : Green tea pills are not regulated by the fda (food and drug administration) therefore there has been no formal studies as far as interactions are concerned. From a medical standpoint i don't see how they would interact with birth control pills, but i could be wrong. 
You should note that supplements such as the one in question are not controlled or studied by the fda, therefore be extra cautious when taking them.
