Yes: Vitamin B12 is absorbed by a complex process including a substance called intrinsic factor, which is produced by the stomach and delivered to cells in the small intestine for absorption. Although there are certain medications (acid blockers, for example) which interfere with the process by which B12 is absorbed, there is no reason to expect green tea to block any aspect of that cascade.

You may: However neither of these is likely to do you any good. B12 would be useful if you are deficient or are a vegan. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health! Nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
