Prenatal: The best response is to suggest a couple of servings of non fried fish  each week rather than fish oil

Yes: This is perfectly safe; each provides essential nutrients that the other doesn't. Some feel it may improve absorption if you don't take them at the exact same time out of concern that the oils and minerals will react to form a soap. I'm not sure if this is true but it might be wise to take the multivitamin with breakfast or lunch and the fish oil after dinner. Look for a fish oil that is purified.

CoQ10 &amp; Marine Fish: Oil are both excellent supplements and can be taken together.  CoQ10 is used more for muscle strength and cardiovascular health and marine fish oil can help to lubricate and moisturize the skin.  Peace and good health.

Omega 3:6 ratio: Most people do not get enough omega 3 in their diet and get too much omega 6.  As to whether or not fish oil in combination with other plant sources of omega3 is too much depends on the context of a persons diet overall.  Excess fish oil can have a blood thinning effect as well. This that also needs to be considered in the context of ones medical history.

A waste of money: You are wasting money. Supplements such as you consume daily are virtually without major value. A recent study suggested fish oil increases the risk of prostate cancer. Caveat emptor.

Supplements: If you are asking if flax seed, fish oil and calcium are going to help you lose weight....Sorry. You need to eat properly and exercise to lose weight, there's no supplement magic.

Safe: Unless you have an allergy to them, most experts feel that fish oil preparations have no serious side effects. Some people complain of bad breath or diarrhea taking them and they are somewhat of a blood thinner. All in all, i recommend them for their helpful effects on our health. See if your md agrees.

Debatable : Many studies have been done about omega-3 fish oils.  Most are inconclusive. Some people cannot tolerate them.  There may be some help in treating increased blood lipids (hyperlipidemias) but robust doses are needed to help.  Other illnesses have not shown the same level of positive repsonse in research.

No: The oils are different. Just go easy on the fish oil. It is possible to take too much fish oil.

No: Ocean fish in diet will work just fine.
