Depo is about 3-4 mo: It may not take that long but just stop the diet pills with a posibvitve upt, they may help u lose the weight to ovulate and consider pcos if u havnet ovulated yet and look at metformin and do your research; it may help your ovulation and wt loss in some.

The : The manufacturer of vitex chasteberry suggests that it can regular periods.  There are no scientific studies that demonstrate that it is effective in regulating periods however.  Please call your local poison center and read them the ingredients from your herbal medications and be sure that they are safe to take together.  Let them know any other medications you are on.  Poison center is a free service.

Some women smoked or continued to and took diet pills to control weight gain during pregnancy.  It is now confirme, after study, to be dangerous to the baby and long term to the mother.  Many doctors always thought so.  Now that obesity is a major problem, proper diet and exercise are best.
