Carefully!: Piriton is a brand name for chlorpheniramine.  It is an older antihistamine that can be very sedating.  Taking two antihistamines together can cause a lot of dryness.  Taking piriton with Cetirizine could cause significant sedation.  I would caution using these together.

NO!: Aricept (donepezil) is a class C drug, meaning it has not been studied in human pregnant women because of the danger, but in animal studies it has demonstrated damage to the fetus, birth defects, and problematic issues.  I would definitely discuss this with the doctor who prescribed it and look at risks/benefits.

Increased sedation: Piriton is a brand name for chlorphenamine maleate aka Chlorpheniramine Maleate a classical antihistamine whose major adverse effect is drowsiness & prolonged reaction time. Other side-effects include constipation & in older men, urinary retention. Cetirizine (zyrtec) has the same side-effect profile. The combination will enhance these adverse effects. Take only with a physician's supervision.

ZyrtecD+Nyquil Cough: I would recommend that you NOT take these medications together at the same time because doing so will be like taking 5 drugs at the same time.  Take the Nyquil Cough before going to bed.    If needed, you can take the Zyrtec (cetirizine) D once daily as needed in the morning. Reserve the Nyquil for just before bedtime.
If you have diabetes or high blood pressure, check with your doctor first.

: If you are not sleepy from the Zyrtec you can take a Benadryl later, and the opposite is true as well.
