: A nasal spray like Afrin and Nyquil together could potentially ramp up your sympathetic nervous system. In other words, blood pressure and heart rate can increase. Try to use the drug with the least amount of ingredients that target the worse symptoms, such as Afrin for runny nose or nasal congestion. (Nyquil often is a combination of 3 drugs).

If previously was ok: If it was ok for a person to use her fluticasone nasal spray in the recent past, then it should make no difference whether the spray is a month before or a month after its expiration date. Officially, doctors and pharmacies do not use or dispense expired meds, but a nasal spray doesn't change overnight. Thus, the spray is the same, for some unknown time on either side of the expiration date.

Too much is toxicity: We limit dosing to avoid toxicity. You need an evaluation if you are  having continued  attacks,. Discuss with your physician about seeing a neurologist who specializes in migraine.

Perhaps: Dayquil contains Acetaminophen (tylenol), phenylephrine (decongestant) and dextramethorphan (cough suppressant).  There should be no interaction with saline nasal sprays, steroid nasal sprays, antihistamine nasal sprays.  There would be no real reason to use a decongestant nasal spray as this would be redundant, but unlikely to be harmful.

Stop It: Spray saline into your nostrils frequently to flush out allergens and irritants. You will get the best care in a long term relationship with a provider who knows you over time. Discuss this with that provider.

Nasal spray: Depending what nasal spray you want to use, a steroid or saline nasal spray are ok to be used if you are dizzy. An antihistamine nasal spray can make your dizziness worse. A otc decongestant nasal spray is not advisale.

As long as needed: Steroid nasal sprays do not cure your allergies, but prevent the allergic inflammation. Once the medicine is stopped, your symptoms will return if you are still in contact with your allergen. If you want a more permanent change in your allergies, you need to consider something like immunotherapy, or allergy shots. However, steroid nasal sprays can usually be taken safely for long periods of time.
