Yes: You can safely take the two medications together. Also safe to use other decongestants like benadryl, (diphenhydramine) but that may make you drowsy. Also could use topical decongestant such as afrin nasal spray, but do not use it for more than 2-3 days, because longer use can make matters worse instead of better.

Yes: Nyquil usually contains a cocktail of acetaminophen, cough suppressant/expectorant and antihistamine.  Azithromycin will not interact will these medications.  Get plenty of rest to help your body heal more quickly :)

Medications: nyquil and Coricidin both contain acetaminophen and should not be taken together to avoid risk of overdosing on acetaminophen. talk with you doctor to see what you should take to help with the sore throat symptoms while you are taking zithromax. always consult with a doctor prior to starting any new medication and always follow directions on box.

Chlamydia: That should have taken care of the infection from chlamydia. Not sure what the bleeding is about. Blood is not normal for chlamydia.

STD? BV? Trich?: The most common causes of vaginal discharge with odor are bacterial vaginosis and the STD trichomonas. Neither of these is effectively treated with azithromycin. Perhaps you have something else. If you have tested positive for chlamydia, the normal treatment is just one dose of azithromycin, 2 grams (4 tablets, 250 mg each). It takes a few days for symptoms to clear up. Check with your doctor.

Hard to say: I would contact your treating doc and arrange follow up. You may have a separate issue that co-existed with the chlamydia or require a second/different treatment. Re-testing may sort out your present issue.

Give it time: This med is different than some.It actually attaches to your fat cells after ingestion and gradually enters your blood for a week or more to do its work. That is one reason they use it in STD's, to try to get people to remember all their med.If you take it all at once, you don't have to remember to take more. Yes you can be re-treated but may not need to.
