Not enough info: An unusual bony prominence needs to be clinically palpated and examined as well as radiograhically evaluated.  If you have pain and tenderness in the area, I would recommend a foot &amp; ankle specialist!

You : You are most likely right that it is your soccer that is causing the pain.  It could be "shin splints", which is an irritation and pain to the area on the inner portion of the shin, and if it is then you need to rest from your normal activity so that it could heal.  Another, more rare possibility is a stress fracture.  If the pain persists then please see a physician as you would need to be evaluated for stress fracture.

Os naviculare...: It sounds like the navicular bone. This bone can protrude a bit on some people, especially when bearing weight. To remove all doubt, have a foot specialist examine your foot. It certainly does not sound like an emergency.

Rest : The talus is the bone that transfers weight down into your foot, best chance of healing is non-weight bearing.

: If you push it and you feel like some fluid inside the bump, it could be a ganglion cyst, just leave it alone unless you have ankle pain. If it feel like a bony structure, X-ray of the ankle may be necessary.

Possibly: If there is instability with "popping" when doing daily activities, there could be concern.  However, just the sound of "popping" isn't as concerning as it's just fluid shifting inside the joint.  If there is pain with the "popping", please see a doctor.
