Not necessarily: If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

i know the period that u get while on bc pills is more withdraw bleeding and was wondering that if u did get prg on pills would you still miss period?

Birth control pills: Yes - if you become pregnant while using the pill, most women will still miss their period/withdrawal bleed. If you are taking the placebo pills and not getting a period, you should take a pregnancy test.

what does it mean when you bleed four days without no cramps or blood clots  after your miss period and have two negative preanacy test what can this ?

If you missed one: period, it may be b/c of an imbalance between the 2 major hormones that affect the uterine lining.  At some point this lining starts shedding on its own which can cause bleeding without the associated cramping etc. that occur with a normal period.   If the bleeding is heavy &amp; lasts a long time, or is repetitive, you should be checked out.  Otherwise, no worries.  Dr. Anne

Long list: Long list of what the problem might be.  Ectopic pregnancy, kidney stone, kidney infection, bladder infection just to name a few. Best to see your doctor for an evaluation.

One per day: Birth control pills need to be taken once per day. Otherwise they are not effective and they will trigger breakthrough bleeding. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy. Consider switching to a nondaily method such as an IUD or Nexplanon

See Below:: Periods can be strange.  If you are taking your BC correctly, and your home pregnancy tests are negative, its probably just a weird period.  However, if you begin having pain in your lower abdomen along with the bleeding, you will need to be seen right away to make sure you don't have something like an ectopic pregnancy.   A small percentage of women get pregnant even on Birth Control. Best wishes

Your hormones are: in flux for some reason.  Many factors affect the normal flow of periods including age, season, weather, stress, exercise, body girth, nutrition, etc.  I would wait until the period returns and see if the next cycle brings regularity. If not using BC: or condoms; you will ultimately become pregnant. If you miss a cycle, do a home pregnancy test.

Take a test: Don't guess. Take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period. This is most likely simply an early period. We suspect pregnancy when you miss a period not have one.

Breakthrough bleed: Sounds like breakthrough bleeding which occurs when you have bleeding at unscheduled times while on the pill. Brown  is simply  old blood that has been sitting at the back of the vagina. Often things get back to normal the next cycle. If not then schedule a visit to discuss changing brands  or changing birth control methods. This is very common. Other than being annoying it is not dangerous.
