Post op restrictions: Generally it is when you feel completely improved after the surgery and is about 2 weeks ,and is also dependent on how it was performed ie lap or open.  It is best to speak with your surgeon to see what there individual recommendations are base on your condition

Ask your surgeon: Every surgeon has different preferences for when they let their patient's return to regular activities including sex.  You should discuss this with him or her.

The safe answer for this forum is probably a month.

Yes to both: By five weeks after laparoscopic appendectomy, assuming it was uneventful and you are feeling well, should allow you to travel by plane and re-engage in sexual activity.  You may still be sore, so take it easy.  Also if the plane ride is over a few hours, make sure you get up and walk to decrease the risk of blood clots.

Depend....: There is no set of rule to avoid sex after appendectomy and it has to depend on the extent of disease/infection/inflammation + the magnitude of surgery + personal coping ability. So, for "simple" uneventful appendectomy, one may start sex in 3-5 days if bearable for pain; for higher degree of disease/surgery, one may have to refrain from sex for 2-6 weeks. Hence, ask doctor for individual need.

appendectomy 3 days ago and i've been very active plus i had intercourse an i had intense pain after on left back side worried about internal bleeding?

Left side?: If the pain was on the left side, it is not likely to be related to the appendectomy. Take it easy for a couple of days.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

i had laparoscopic appendectomy friday at 7:30 pm and i had sex wednesday 7:30 am 
is that bad? should i be worried? whats gonna happened?? and today is friday and im fine i guess 
but its on my mind to ask this question?

: The deed is done and you cannot undo it. If you have not suffered any ill effects, you are okay other than that you may get pregnant. Do a pregnancy test 3 weeks after sex.  If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time.

No: Your doctor was correct. In general, you are very unlikely to get pregnant while on your period. Hope this helps!

Probably not: But the only way to tell is with a pregnancy test.  If you do not wish to have babies now, then use contraception.  It is available everywhere.  Good luck.
