However sticking with clear liquids is the ideal thing to do. Strained soups will do just as well in quenching your appetite. Gummy bears, lifesaver type candy and such also helps

Yes: When cleansing for colonoscopy it's ok to drink anything clear- broth, juice, sport drinks.  Just stay away from anything fatty, or red color.

Maybe: That is not a good decision because it may hinder your gastroenterologist's ability to view all of your colon properly. However, inform your gastroenterologist so they are aware and can manage it or reschedule you.

Depends: Colonoscopy directions do vary from practice to practice. This is because of the procedure, the physician experience and meds used. Best to ask the office where you are going.
If you don't prep well, don't get cleaned out. The test is not valid and you might have to do it again. 
I know its an inconvenience but talk to your Doctors office so you both get the best results.

The bowel prep for a colonoscopy can be very challenging to take. Because the goal is to clear your colon of stool completely, the regimen is very aggressive and you may be having bowel movements almost continuously until it is just clear liquid coming out. Depending on the regimen, you may also experience residual cramping as the effects of the laxative wear off. Hope this helps.
