Unlikely: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that,  If you did not have vaginal bleeding at the time of specimen collection, it could not have gotten contaminated with menstrual blood.

Hormonal problems: If your period is 18 days late and you are not pregnant, it is likely you are not ovulating normally. That may often be due to hormonal problems. If this keeps happening, you should see your doctor for some hormone tests and possible treatment.

5 wks. pregnant ?: Cramps and bleeding at "5 wks." of pregnancy may be signs of possible miscarriage, or a pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic).  See your OB provider for an exam and pelvic ultrasound, as well as a serum HCG test to determine the cause.

Get checked: Anytime there is "cum" near the vagina there is a possibility of pregnancy and blood in the pee is serious.  Both of you should be checked as soon as possible by a healthcare provider.

Needs assessment: 2 things are needed fairly promptly here: 1) a pregnancy test and if positive urgent medical attention and 2) a urinalysis to check no infection.  There are a variety of other possibilities including pelvic infection, other urinary tract problem that require examination and tests but rapidly excluding a pregnancy related problem or kidney infection is quite important. No: Is dependent on the  last  normal  menstrual period.  If  your test is  positive you  will  most likely  miss  the  next period.

Need more info!: Please address the following questions and then resubmit your question.  Was the blood in the toilet bowl or on the toilet paper? Fairly common: It is not unusual to have a urinary tract infection which causes blood in the urine. As the infection resolves, the bleeding should stop. If not, alternative causes should be sought.
