Yes but why?: Chiropractors offer a deep massage based upon outmoded theories of disease causation. This is not curative. If you had a problem prior to the pregnancy which is still persistent, and i assume you went to a chiro before, this is a good time to have it evaluated properly by an orthopedic doctor who can actually make a diagnosis and recommend a course of treatment.

i had a c section 11 months ago and i am currently pregnant and due december 22 i had a total of two c section and want to have a vbac is it possible?

VBAC after 2 C/S's: Caesarean operations weaken the uterine wall and labor can rupture the wall, leading to very serious effects on mother and infant.  If you contemplate a "VBAC" , your OB should discuss the risks with you. Careful monitoring , and a planned induction at 37 weeks may be possible, but remember, a healthy baby is more important than the way he/she may enter the world.

See your doctor: There are many causes of headache. One concern would be a post dural puncture headache, if you had an epidural or spinal. This would be a worse headache when sitting or standing, that goes away when laying down. Usually this resolves within a week, though. If your symptoms are consistent, your doctor may recommend a blood patch. But you need to see your OB and discuss this if it is severe.

my wife had a c-section two days ago. how long should she stay with dressing over wound? midwife removed it today, is that ok?

Yes: Studies show that there is no increase in the risk of infection as long as the dressing is left on for at least 24 hours. Our mothers were right! Wounds heal faster if you let the air get to them!

Multiple things: Lumps underneath incisions can be attributable to a number of things.  The fascia (strength layer) of the abdomen is closed with stitches that are tied together, so the lump could be the knot. A seroma is a sterile fluid collection that can collect. An abscess is an infected fluid collection. Sometimes a bit of blood collects, called a hematoma. Rarely, intestine pops out which is a hernia.

You need a diet: Do exercise is excellent ok, but you need to begen a no carbs diet.

Typically not: Usually appendicitis presents with right sided pain, loss of appetite and some times fever.  It's most likely associated with increasing your daily activities, healing from your surgery, your uterus getting smaller or suture tugging. Contact your physician and try to get an appointment for early next week.  Take meds as prescribed. If you get fever, chills, persistent vomiting worse pain- SEE DOC!

Menstruation: Can be restart of your periods post pregnancy and delivery but talk with OB to follow up on c-section.

C-section: It can be part of the healing process, however, if you feel like the intensity of the pain is not normal, you can visit the ER or your OBGYN  and get a physical examination. This way you can make sure everything is fine, or find out what the problem is.
