: Probably the bumps or "skin tags" are temporarily blocked sweat glands, a condition called miliaria, also called "heat rash" or "prickly heat". Google it for more information including photos. It's harmless and will clear up entirely in a few days or sooner. If any abnormality persists longer, see a doctor, ideally a dermatologist.

what causes swollen lip after snorkeling?

A couple things: If this is a snorkel that is new to you, it may be sensitivity to a component of the mouthpiece. Some older/cheaper snorkels may have latex rubber mouthpieces, to which you could be sensitive. You may also have been exposed to a piece of jellyfish or man-o'-war tentacle. This would cause a stinging or burning sensation as well. Mild swelling can also occur from exposure of sensitive tissue to sun.

last week wednesday (10th of feb) i went snorkeling and came out with a rash along the right side of my torso. it was a little ichy. it slowly looked like it was going away but now (last 2 days) has got itchy and sore.  looks like shingles?

: Contact dermatitis is one possible cause. After seeing urgent care or your PCP, discuss topical antihistamine and steroid cream to control itching. Rule out infection and other causes. Watch for respiratory distress.

i snorkeled when 22 weeks pregnant and ended up holding my breath a fair amount, to the point of breathlessness but not dizzy. i'm worried i hurt her!

Probably not: I understand your concern but it is unlikely that your breathholding would be enough to damage your child.  However, it would be reasonable to discuss your concerns with your OBGYN, who might obtain an ultrasound to check.

one ear is muffled/ringing the last 4d since snorkeling. i can equalize with no problem. the outer ear is clear. i assume water in the middle ear, but since i can equalize fine i think the eustachian tube is not blocked so how could that be?

: If water entered your ear canal &amp; mixed with wax, the latter would be apt to swell &amp;block the canal near the ear drum. Water cannot penetrate the ear drum unless there is a perforation of the ear drum.  All this is.independent of the eustachian tube. An examination of your ear will determine if you require ear wax removal by aspiration or currette but not irrigation unless the ear drum is visible
