: Not likely. Unless you had sex before giving the urine sample and the urine got contaminated with vaginal fluid. However, I question you judgement for having sex a drug addict. You are exposing yourself to multiple STDs and abuse.

No but...: ...It does make it more likely that the man will die during sex.  Cocaine is a potent vasoconstrictor which means it cuts off blood supply.  This man should consider getting professional help asap (counseling, meetings, possibly an antidepressant like welbutrin) so that he and the woman can enjoy a healthy sex life for years to come.

No: The amount that could possibly be present in your husband's tissue is extremely small, and would not show up with the set-points (usually 2000 ng/ml) for opiates.

Second hand smoke: Second hand smoke from weed is more likely to cause you to have a positive urine test for THC than any transmission through semen. I doubt the explanation of people blaming semen for positive drug test.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. 
Get HPV vaccine.

: Opioids can be excreted in semen, urine, feces, breastmilk and other bodily fluids. Ingestion of any of these can cause transmission of the opioids into your system. If your drug test came out positive for opioids, it is very likely that this is the cause. Not sure how your boyfriend passed the test.

: I would think not but have never seen any good studies of this.  It might depend on the exact test they are using. I would ask the lab.
