Complex carbs: Choose complex carbohydrates. Eat more whole grains and fruits and vegetables and fewer refined carbohydrates, such as white bread, cakes and candy.  Avoid alcohol, saturated fats in meats, poultry and certain fish, etc.

Gout: Gout usually effects one area of the body at a time usually only one joint area is effected sounds like you have something going on in both legs same time
consider seeing a Rheumatologist for a work up and a allergist

Treatment of Gout: There are 2 types of treatment for gout.  One type of treatment are medications(e.G . Colchicine) decreased the symptoms of inflammation such as pain and swelling.  Another type of treatment are medications(e.g. Febuxostat)  that decrease the uric acid levels.   If pain and swelling is persistent with colchicine, you may need short course of oral steroids.  Discuss this with your doctor.

Higher dose uloric: Talk with your physician about raising the dose of uloric to 120 mg a day or switching to allopurinol we can raises to control the Uric acid

Any kind: Beans in general are excellent food.  They are very high in fiber, have a high quality protein, and are low in fat.  They are an excellent part of a balanced diet.  My personal favorite is black beans!

Yes: Eat all the non-starchy vegetables you want. The 500 cal restriction is not necessary.

if i'm taking biotin forte with zinc, but i also eat good diet with lots of beans and b vitamin foods- will this cause excess b and zinc to build up?

Accepted Answer

No: There is no worry about B vitamins "building up." The only B vitamin that our body stores is B12 and it is non-toxic. The only B vitamin known to be toxic is B6 but one usually has to take over 200 mg/day; it is impossible to get anywhere near that via diet.
Zinc toxicity is not known unless one ingests at least 100 mg/day long-term. Diet levels never approach this. 
So no need to worry.
