It decreases risk for stroke, heart attack, diabetes 2, cancer, alzheimer's, and parkinson's disease. Some people will experience jitters and sleeplessness. They should drink less. But up to 5 cups per day-health benefits accummulate!

Trivenz is most: often used in the treatment of HIV as part of ART (active retroviral therapy). My brief review of Slimroast coffee shows it contains several common herbal weight loss ingredients including chlorogenic acid, gardenia cambogia, phaseolamin, ginseng, etc. None of these have been proven effective in scientific trials/experiments. While it may not be harmful, I would probably save my money. Stay well

Not coffee itself: Caffeine actually has been in the news quite a bit as of late because of some benefitial health benefits such as reducing diabetes, liver cancer, and parkinson's disease etc...It also has high antioxidant content and thus may have other health benefits. Unfiltered coffe may raise cholesterol a bit, but not filtered one. It is the condiments we add to coffee that have negative effects. Good luck.

Yes: Reasonable quantities of coffee - like 2 small cups - will be ok.  Really, only large quantities of coffee may interfere with antibiotics like keflex.  You don't need to stop coffee entirely while on keflex.

Slowly: Try weaning off slowly, start with fewer cups or switch to half-caff and remove the coffee a little at a time.

Headaches & Caffeine: Yes. Sometimes headaches are from a withdrawal from caffeine and sometimes caffeine is used to treat head aches.

If the head ache persists with coffee you may need to seek help from your trusted health advisor.
