No, not from diving: No reason for it. You would have to have had ultrasounds, x-rays or mris at least a few month apart to determine whether a kidney had become smaller. Most common reason for "apparent shrinkage" is 2 ultrasound studies performed by different machines, whereas there might have been no change if study repeated using same machine.Reasons for kidney shrinkage are pyelonephritis, diminished blood supply.

Diving: First  - get medically cleared before learning to dive. Second- become trained through a recognized course. Third- don't dive when you are sick. Fourth - Use your dive tables and don't hot dog.  Fifth - I try not to screw around with marine organisms that could hurt me.

Flomist is not sold: In the us.  If it  is fluticasone nasal  spray for nasal allergy sxs  - that suggests you may have nasal congestion which might impede your ability to clear your ears.  If you have fluticasone systemic med for treatment of asthma that can be a serious problem when diving. Encourage you to see an undersea medicine physician to go over your health issues ; to determine if you are safe to dive.

Probably: Why are you taking this? It is comb. Of 4 meds for pain. If you are not fully fit it is dangerous to scuba. Wait until you are not disabled in any way.
