If you have a hard time with breast feeding, can't do it, or don't want to breast feed do not feel guilty.  The baby will still be fine and you will still bond.

They will enlarge to create the right amount of milk for your child.   You may feel an incredible sense of well being while you bond with baby.

Not the same: Breastmilk is unique in that fat composition varies over the duration of the feeding as well as timing of the feeding. Infant formulas have been modified to approach breastmilk composition. Babies who are breastfed are less likely to obese as children and adults. Breastmilk is the gold standard.

Wine/breastfeed: I suspect you are asking how long she should refrain form breastfeeding if she had some alcohol. 3 glasses of wine, lets say over a 2-4 hour period, would raise the blood alcohol slightly. The amount then transferred over to breast milk is low of that amount. I would not interrupt the breast feeds at all for that low amount of consumption, but you could pump and dump 1 feeding if concerned.

Yes: There may be some physical obstacles to breastfeeding in some women. For example, some women who have undergone breast surgeries that may interfere with the normal anatomy and functioning of the milk ducts (such as breast reduction surgery) may have difficulties breast feeding. Also, women taking certain medications may not be able to breast feed due to side effects on the baby or milk production.
