Try ovulation kit: There are over the counter ovulation kits you can buy to help you determine your fertile times. Mid you have been having unprotected intercourse for a year and haven't conceived, then you need to see your doctor for evaluation.

Seek help: Irregular periods, or skipping periods can be a sign that you are not ovulating regularly.  Ovulating is releasing the egg, and without the  egg you can not get pregnant.  I would get evaluated as to if you are ovulating, and if not, what could be causing that problem.

Not likely : If the test is negative, you are not likely pregnant. There was an apparent delay in ovulation this month. Give it another week. If you still haven't started, check another pregnancy test. If it's negative, call your GYN to get evaluated.

Not necessarily: You are probably still ovulatory, but with longer cycle intervals.You should be ovulating between days 18 to 21. Infertility is defined as failure to conceive after one year of unprotected intercourse, and affects ~15% of couples. Evaluation involves confirmation of ovulation, patency of fallopian tubes, and assessment of sperm characteristics. Abnormalities/dysfunction in any one of these may make it more difficult to conceive.

Pregnancy is the common cause of a missed period, if sexually active.

No: The vomiting of the period was a result of the vagus nerve being stimulated during the first day of flow. So called "morning sickness" of pregnancy is a nauseous response to the HCG hormone circulating in the bloodstream.
