Yes: However, there are many other causes of these symptoms so you would need testing to find out if it is your adrenals. 'adrenal fatigue' is not generally recognized by mainstream medicine and, i believe, is a real condition that unlike addison's disease, is not life threatening but can cause symptoms that can be very distressing. You would need to see an integrative or naturopathic physician.

It can but: In your age group, it is more likely to be anemia, low blood pressure, or low blood sugar. Try eating more often, avoiding sweets which can make your sugar drop. Try to drink enough fluids to keep your urine a pale yellow color (if its clear, that's too dilute, drink less) and try to get more protein in your diet. If not better with that in a week or two, see your doctor.

Fatigue : The symptoms may be suggestive of wide variety of illnesses including: subacute  infection such as endocarditis, endocrine problems such as hyper- or hypothyroidism, occult malignancy such as lymphoma or even emotional stress, anxiety or depression. Obviously this requires further investigation by doing thorough physical examination and blood work analysis which will guide further work up.
