Several posibilities: This may be purely psychological, but before seeing a therapist would make sure that he did not give you more than hpv.  The general assumption by doctors is that if you have one std there is a good chance you have more than one.  Go and get extensively tested.  If negative you might want to see a clinical psychologist or a psychiatrist.  General fatigue is often due to depression.  Good luck.

Not HPV: HPV doesn't cause fatigue or any other systemic symptoms. Also, with 2 years having passed, it is likely your HPV infection has been cleared by your immune system and is now gone. However, if you (still?) have genital warts, see a doctor for treatment.

HPV doesn't do this: HPV doesn't cause fatigue. It usually causes no symptoms at all except visible genital warts. Treatment of HPV involves removing or destroying infected tissues, like treating warts or in some cases procedures to remove abnormal cells from the cervix, if HPV has caused an abnormal Pap smear. Maybe fatigue is a psychological reaction to your HPV diagnosis. Follow your doctor's advice. Good luck!

Why we do Paps: This is the very reason you have pap smears. First, you do not have cancer. You have the potential to get cancer and the doctor is going to do something about this with the colposcopy.  You must get the hpv vaccine asap, even if you have already been infected with hpv. You must and i mean must get this vaccine. So should your partner or any other person you are sexual with.

Some STD's can : Antiviral medicaton will help the genital herpes severity and duration of the infection. These medications will not help hpv. There are many causes of fatigue that are seen in people with these diseases. You need to make sure you dont have them. See your doctor.
