However hitting your head hard can do some other things that aren't good. A more likely effect would be a concussion, which can have neurological effects on you. Less likely, but a hard hit could potentially cause a bleed in your brain, & this could have stroke-like effects.

Indirectly: Some head trauma may cause blood on the surface of the brain called subdural or epidural hematoma. If large enough, this blood can cause mass affect that can lead to stroke.

Neck trauma stroke: It is possible for neck injury to cause damage to the arteries that send blood to the brain.  Fortunately in most people these tissues are pretty resilient. Signs of a stroke would include difficulty speaking, moving, or asymmetry of the face. That's an emergency and should lead to a 911 call.

See your doc : An exam will be needed as a bleed needs to be ruled out. Specifically a subdural hematoma that will create the premises for further falls will need to be ruled out. Circumstances of the fall will be also critical in trying to avoid future falls.

Yes, it is possible: Possibly a trauma caused a blood vessel in the head to tear. This can result in closing the vessel, causing a stroke. The process is called a dissection. 

Also, a bleed in the head (like a subdural hematoma) can cause symptoms that look like a stroke.

These are all quite serious and need to be evaluated by a physician.

You may need an mra to sort this out.

Rule out bleeding: The first thing coming to mind with this symptom complex is subarachnoid hemorrhage (sah). That means bleeding into the fluid spaces overlying the surface of the brain & spinal cord. Sah is very serious & often a warning sign of potentially fatal problems. See your doctor immediately!

Some : Some neurological symptoms do not fit into the typical classifications in modern medicine.  Since you have had lyme disease and epstein barr virus, you could certainly have atypical symptoms.  Typical stroke symptoms are weakness, difficulty speaking, or ataxia (off balance).  However, with your complicated medical history, it would be prudent to follow up with your lyme disease doctor.
