Yes: Absolutely!  there are multiple medicines that can raise blood pressure.  Generally any medicine that has stimulant properties can cause your BP to go up.  Rarely, albuterol can cause a transient rise in blood preessure.  Are you taking anything else?

I am not : A specialist in the filed but i very much doubt this. There are quite a few disease that can cause neuropathy such as diabetes, scleroderma, porphyria, etc.Etc. Hypertension: Most people who have hypertension or high blood pressure have no known cause aside from obesity &amp; excess salt. Yes, some medications can raise blood pressure. Clusters also: Topamax (topiramate) can also be used to treat cluster headaches.   As with any medication side effects are possible.  The most common side effects fortopamax  are numbness & tingling,  fatigue, taste change, weight loss, difficutly with concentration/memory.  This if course, is not a complete list.   Check the insert that came with your rx for complete list of side effects.  Elevated BP is not one of them.

Could be: medication side effect, congestive heart failure or atypical angina.  Or it could be nothing.  Impossible to tell on forum such as this.  Please speak to your doctor about it.
