Possible: you didn't mention what you were treating them with, but if you have had any antibiotics recently, then yeast is a good bet.  Go see your Doc and get this checked and diagnosed/treated properly.  Be well.

Yes: Usual resolve with delivery.  In the mean time suggest a hi-fiber diet and stool softners.  Anusol HC suppositories may help

: Although vaginal intercourse can affect the anal area and probably cause engorgement of external hemorrhoids, I'm not sure if internal hemorrhoids would be similarly affected. Since this issue is important for your reassurance, I recommend consulting a proctologist who can examine you and advise you.

Needs Rx: An external hemorrhoid is a dilated blood vessel that has prolapsed through the anal canal and gets trapped producing pain and bleeding.  It is necessary for you to see a MD for evaluation and treatment be it medication or surgery if needed. Hemorrhoids are a legitimate and literal  "pain in the rear".

Depends: Mostly women have residual skin tags following hemorrhoid flares during pregnancy as a result of constipation and straining. The tags are benign and i don't recommend removing them. True hemorrhoid problems should be avoided by a good high fiber diet and drinking lots of fluids and preferably non alcoholic, non caffeinated fluids.

Please call your OB: Depends how big they are and how much pain u have, u should soak in tub with instant ocean  8-9 scoops and your OB can prescribe some steroid cream, if they are bad enough sometimes u need to see the rectal surgeon for them to be lance or rubber banded so please call your OB to discuss.

Fiber!: Start taking metamucil, or an equivalent fiber supplement 2-3 times per day.  Your stools will be softer and do less harm during bms, which might reduce your hemorrhoids.  This doesn't always work though, so if you're suffering, or you have bleeding, it's best to seek medical care.

i have a hemorrhoid that is external (can feel small firm circle) & causes stinging pain on/off all thru hemorrhoid area to vaginal area. baths, prep h dont help. can get into dr in 5 days, should i wait or go to er? pain is worse is problem?

: If over the counter pain medications like acetaminophen are not helpful and pain is severe and interfering with your life, it would be prudent to go to the ER.
