i have hashimoto thyroidism, pituitary tumor, seizures, lesion on my brain and had multiple concussions. my calves are hurting bad what could this be?

Wow- a lot!: This can either be as simple as muscular if you have had any changes in excercise or even trauma (fall, seizure). Or it can be neurological, neuropathic pain due to your comorbidities or even the brain lesion. Or vascular such as a DVT or blood clot in your veins. I would recommend that you get evaluated at your earliest convenience.

Get level checked,,: This sounds like symptoms of hyperthyroidism (weight loss, anxiety) your TSH may be high and free t3 (liothyronine) T4 normal, but it may be somewhat high for you so you might need to get your meds adjusted after another check of your thyroid levels (tsh is usually attempted to be kept at around 3.0 miu/l in hashimoto's). Diet/exercise, and..: Make sure your thyroid condition is treated/regulated.  At first, hashimoto may cause excess thyroid hormone release and you actually may lose wt. Eventually it :"burns" out and you can become hypothyroid (not enough) which can easily be treated with medication.
Once thyroid is properly regulated, healthy, balanced diet, along with aerobic/wt bearing exercise will help.
