Sort of: The same thing causing the gynecomastia may cause the disch. If there is a family history of breast cancer, must get mammogram. Removal by surgery or laser lipo may be good options.

You might need surgery, if you have had the gynaecomastia for more than three years (but, let the doctor advise you after examining you).

Infection: Your initial problem may have been dry or irritated skin but because you skin's barrier was broken down you likely have a skin infection. You can try some topical otc antibiotic ointment. If not improving in 2-3 days would call for appointment with your dr.

Leaking breasts: You may have a condition known as galactorrhea which is caused by high prolactin levels. This can occur without you being pregnant. Consult your gynacologist for help.

Gynecomastia: is enlargement of breast tissue.  Overlying pigmentation probably has nothing to do with it.  Sorry, it probably does not mean it is clearing up.

Usually not: They tend to cause more pain than anything.  Any persistent nipple discharge should be carefully evaluate by ur doctor.

Not likely: Colostrum is usually a clear or slightly cloudy fluid from the nipples present in a mother only for the first few days after delivering her baby.  Your discharge should be evaluated by a physician.

Colostrum is normal: The leakage of clear to white or yellow tinged fluid from the breasts during pregnancy is colostrum. In my experience about half of women will have this during pregnancy and the rest only notice it after delivery. If it is brown that might be a little blood which rarely can be associated with a growth in the breast. Speak with your doctor about this.
