See doctor: Discharge from the nose for 2 months warrants seeing a doctor. The grey stuff is altered mucus and tissue debris.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

for the past 3-4 days i find a few dark grey or black streaks when i blow my nose. it doesn't happen always, but usually once a day. i am congested. ?

Possible : The colors of your snot only shows what you have been breathing in. If you're blowing your nose very often it may be that you have seasonal allergies. If you have a fever of 100.4 degrees F or higher then you may have an infection and might want to see a doctor.

No worry: Sneezing and blowing your nose creates an aerosol and it is a natural phenomenon. This is one of the reasons for recommending wearing of masks to prevent spread of Covid-19.

: Try steam/water vapor inhalation, 2-3 times a day, to see if that clears out your sinuses. If you get fever, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

Varies: There are many patterns and ages for this to be noticeable. Generally the first thing that becomes a bit of a problem is the remembering of names and faces.  Later word search gets more difficult.  And there is the classic "where  did i leave my  (keys, car, wallet, coffee cup, etc.)?   This is a slow evolution over many years in the elderly (you are way too young).
