No: Gerd does not cause arrhythmias but may cause unusual sensations in the chest. Taking a proton pump inhibitors such as Omeprazole would not be likely to pose a significant risk. However without knowing the exact cause of palpitation, cannot comment specifically.

No: GERD can cause GI upset but does not generally cause the heart rate to increase and slow. That can happen with anxiety, so slowing down breathing is helpful.

Well yes....: without an exam, I can only give general information, so I cant say it IS causing that (panic attacks, maybe mitral valve prolapse, ulcer disease with bleeding and anemia are some of th emany other possiblities.

Its possible.: So many systems involved over long pariods of time. Suggests you may be right. Are you able to perform tasks. Is it hard to get out of bed in the morning. do you eat well? Do you cry or feel weepy. I would suggest you check out  a mental health professional for further guidance.

No: Gerd does not usually cause symptoms like anxiety, shortness of breath, and palpitations.  But anxiety disorders, exposure to some stimulant medications, and certain other conditions can.  Please see your physician about this.

It is very hard for: You to tell the differences  but I am going to give some guide lines
gerd. Usually associated with intake of food, happen after you eat or when going to bed, usually improved by anti acid.
Disc symptoms are usually associated with activity and spread in certain direction depend were the disc is.
Cardiac issues also associated with activates and cause rapid heart beat and may cause  rapid breathing.
