You : You may be reacting to any one of a number of things.Charcoal grills produce poisonous carbon monoxide gas, so you need to use it in a well ventilated area. When meats are cooked on a grill; the fat that drips below onto the charcoal  & can form  polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (pahs).  The pah rises with the smoke and becomes absorbed in the meat as well as being inhaled.  Heterocyclic amines (hcaâ€™s) can form in meat due to the heat released during grilling. Charcoal contains coal dust and limestone which can also become airborne and can be inhaled.  Patients who are treated with activated charcoal can have an allergic reaction with hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
  I suggest you keep your distance from grills and grilled meats. Stay well.

Maybe: The cyst may be producing greater amounts of estrogen, but other things /causes need to be checked. Your profile says you are 62 years old - if that's the case then you need to see a doctor and have a sonogram &amp; biopsy (at a minimum). I would need more history to give a better assessment about the causes. In most cases, a "simple" 5.5cm cyst has a good chance of going away on its own; 62yrs:worrie

Hypoxia: Standing in front of a gas fire can lead to hypoxia (decrease in oxygen levels of the body) which can cause a faint feeling.  The brain needs a healthy amount of oxygen to function!

Upset stomach?: A simple tummy ache with nausea, vomiting, gas, or diarrhea, whether at home or traveling, may be from a virus infection, bacteria infection, or contaminated food. A normal person, not pregnant, not on medications, usually recovers easily. Taking a Pedialyte popsicle or 2-3 oz of Pedialyte hourly, plus drinking/eating little else for a day, may settle things down. Otherwise, a Dr. should evaluate.

CO is odorless: New cars are considered very safe with regard to carbon monoxide (CO). CO is odorless, so a person cannot smell CO even if CO is there. That also means that if he smells it, it is not CO that he smells. If confused or if worried, he can ask the car dealer about it.
