Viral: Responses to viral infections vary greatly among people with some not experiencing any symptoms but others may rarely even die from it. Nausea is not usually associated with the flu which comes each winter however.

UTI?: These symptoms overlap between those expected for certain STDs (e.g. gonorrhea, chlamydia), pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection, usually a complication of STD), and urinary tract infection. Flu-like symptoms could mean infection is spreading internally. See a doctor ASAP; do it immediately if you have fever as well.

But that doesn't explain the frequent urination and nausea.  I'd highly recommend getting checked by your doc - especially getting checked for diabetes.
