Not possible: Temporary curl is possible at most beauticians offices but since the lashes continuously grow out and are replaced with new lashes with the original straightness, you need to repeat the process to keep the curl.  Permanence is not possible.

This is usually caused by an irritation or breakdown of the corneal surface coupled with mechanical rubbing from the upper eye lid over the area.  It will feel like something is there.  The most common causes of FBS are dry eyes, infections, and actual foreign bodies!

They are safe, but..: They should be confined to the lashes, since they may permanently affect eye color, turning blue eyes to brown. They will lower the eye pressure as well and cause the eyes to appear red and inflamed if they get onto the white part of the eye, the conjunctiva.

Many things: It could be many things, a small inclusion cyst, a stye, a papilloma (viral skin tag), a skin cancer, etc.  See and ophthalmologist.
