IBD vs IBS: You say you have both IBD and IBS.  Very unusual.  Would see board certified gastroenterologist for a firm diagnosis and then treatment.  That is the only way you can get better and feel better.

Skin ulcers: These are mostly due to excess friction that wears thru the skin.

Tight shoes will add to the problem as well as walking barefoot.

Yes: Any liquid containing an acid, such as citric , phosphoric, etc can irritate the lining of the digestive tract.

Usually: if you are 20 years old and otherwise healthy, and you do not have an actively bleeding ulcer, and you are taking your ulcer medications as prescribed, then I see no obvious risk. In general it is better to excercise than not excercise.  If you are a 65 year old smoker, you need to get cleared by your doctor

No: If the wound is on the bottom (plantar surface) of your foot do not walk on it. You may not feel pain due to neuropathy (damaged nerves). You may make the wound worse. If the circulation is good dressings and off-loading (non-weight bearing) not walking! if diminished circulation: a procedure to improve blood flow or circulation - angioplasty (balloon) or surgery. Get medical help it may get worse.

No.: Ulcer disease should not prevent you from exercising. Hopefully, you are on medication for your ulcers. If you are actively having abdominal pain, get checked out before starting, otherwise go for it.

Exercise and GERD: Gi disorders are relatively common in athletes. Vigorous exercise has been shown to be associated with increased acid production and decreased blood flow to the GI tract. Gerd (reflux) occurs more frequently with exercise and can sometimes be pre-treated with medications such as h2 receptor antagonists and proton pump inhibitors. You should consult with your physician for a formal evaluation.

Of course.Just remem: ber to avoid Aspirin,Advil,Aleve,and other similar drugs and be sure to take your Dr's prescriptions for healing.Be sure you were tested for H pylori.This makes a difference on proper treatment.

Still have an ulcer?: Burning may indicate persistent ulcer, gastritis, or something else. Ulcers can bleed (sometimes massively), perforate the stomach, obstruct stomach emptying so complete healing is critical--did you take your acid blocker daily? Still on rx? Medical evaluation is key (; needed especially urgently if vomiting blood or passing melenic stool), alcohol, aspirin, nsaid's, h.Pylori may contribute.
