See below: Wheezing after exercise (usually at least 20 minutes into exercise or after) can be what is called "exercise-induced asthma".  But it may be due to other reasons as well such as chronic lung disease and other lung issues.  If this is occurring with you, see you physician.

how do i find out if i have rhabdomyolysis? i have continual decreased kidney function and low egfr 55.  could excessive exercise be the cause?

Not likely: Rhabdomyolysis is a very specific condition associate with severe muscle pain or weakness leading to release of muscle protein in the blood stream so as to essentially clog the kidney channels.
It causes acute kidney failure with brown urine and usally requires dialysis support or high rate IV fluids. It does not happen in a slow fashion with progressive damage.
A blood test called CPK is high.

You might have: some edema if the areolas are excessively manipulated.  If skin is excoriated if may impact color. Bottom line - are you so excessive that you are causing significant trauma to your breasts? See you have anxiety. Is this a compulsive behavior? See you take xanax (alprazolam). If you have poorly controlled compulsion speak with your doctor about non - med therapies as well as SSRI's.

No: Interesting question but not all fat is created equal and the fat in our brain is very different from the type of fat in our muscles/abdomen etc. Our body is designed to know that our brain is a very essential organ and does not burn the fat in our brain for energy.

Many possibilities: Numerous causes of amenorrhea (missed periods) in a 16 yr old woman, although pregnancy is a very common one. Taking birth control pills, weight loss, stress, excess exercise can cause it, as can a number of other medical conditions. See your doctor for an evaluation.

What will be will be: The key is to thing about them as normal, which they will likely be, regardless of how much they're pulled by gravity. Remember, no gravity means no sagging of any body parts... but then we would all float off into space... that would be bad. If one must worry about sagging, one can look at the breasts of female relatives to see what happened to them. Such things are often familial.
