i m suffering from nightfall regularly it causes difficulty for me to focus on my studies and due to excessive nightfall i have got fine tremores in hand also ...what can i do avoid it does going to gym will cure my condition!?

I am convinced that parkinson's ms and thyrotoxicosis were eliminated. You should have a second opinion, possibly check with a univ. Based neurology group even consider mayo clinic.
