No Protein?: Yes. Likely.  If you are not consuming protein you may damage your heart, your kidneys, your brain, and your immune system. And you may damage these things permanently.  Please stop the salad only diet. It may be the worse decision you have made in your life.

Yes: Cruciferous vegetables e.G cauliflower, broccoli etc, as well as beans are a common cause of bloating ; gas. Norovirus usually results in fever, chills, intense nausea ; vomiting with profuse watery diarrhea.

Stools that are black: Green	Food may be moving through the large intestine too quickly, such as due to diarrhea. As a result, bile doesn't have time to break down completely.	Green leafy vegetables, green food coloring, such as in flavored drink mixes or ice pops, iron supplements.
Light-colored, white or clay-colored	A lack of bile in stool. This may indicate a bile duct obstruction.	Certain medications, such as large doses of bismuth subsalicylate (Kaopectate, Pepto-Bismol) and other anti-diarrheal drugs.

See your doctor: there are certain conditions where your gut is malabsorptive or irritated by certain foods or certain conditions where you lack the ability to digest a particular nutrient. when this happens, you can get diarrhea fairly quickly, upon your gut's contact with this food. what that means is you should probably start a food diary and talk about what you find with your doctor.

can ibs be so severe that it would cause explosive diarrhea after eating?   symptoms of abdominal pain will subside after using the toilet. help!

The "gastro-colic": reflex may explain your symptoms.. this is the contraction of the bowel following the filling of the stomach...this reflex is NORMAL but EXAGGERATED  in patients with IBS-D.

Overeating: This could be a one time only issue or it may be related to gastrointestinal issues.

If it persists,even for one day after taking better control of your meals please see your doctor ASAP. If the clinic visit is delayed please go to the Emergency room
