You're fine: If it doesn't make you uncomfortable. I suspect you're reading too much folklore about "acid" and "alkaline" foods. There's very little science here. Pineapple actually contains a few proteases that may enhance digestion; if you find it helpful, I'm glad. Often just a few extra glasses of water daily can keep things regular as well. Best wishes.

It stools are: Hard, dry ; difficult to pass - you are likely constipated. It is important to try not to get hemorrhoids in the first place. Stay well hydrated (at least 8 - 8 ounces glasses of water per day). Try to get in 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day – get that fiber in. Stay physically active.

Life's about balance: Life is about balance. Do everything in moderation. Too much of a good thing can be bad. In other words, don't overdo the prune juice. If trying to treat constipation, a person needs to work with his doctor to find the cause of the constipation. After finding the cause, treatment can be done with several methods (several means not needing to overuse one method).

Many possible causes: Many things can damage intestines including antibiotics, allergy, diet, tumor, autoimmune disease causing diarrhea as well as abnormal bowel function such as irritable bowel syndrome. Fluid or blood loss may cause weakness/anemia. Bananas, applesauce, and rice slow diarrhea and you must hydrate. If you have blood/severe pain see your primary doctor asap who may refer you to a gastroenterologist.

Probably not...: When defining "normal" for most things in medicine, consider a bell curve.  Regarding stool frequency, "normal" is anywhere from 3 movements a day to once every 3-4 days.  The peak of the bell curve (ie. Most common) is the magic 1 movement a day that everyone thinks is "normal."  the bristol stool scale can also be used to define "normal" stool texture.  Your doctor can help find "your normal.".

Gastritis: That is enough wine to cause inflammation of the stomach lining or peptic ulcers which can then bleed resulting in the passage of black stools indicating bleeding from the upper gi tract. Cirrhosis of the liver from heavy wine intake like yours causing esophageal varices, can also cause upper gi tract bleeding and black stools.

Change in bowels: Change in bowels is a red-flag to doctors-- this includes alteration in stool texture, altered ease or completeness of elimination, frequency of stooling, occult bleeding, etc. Risk factors, co-morbidities, changes in activity/stress/diet, metabolic factors (diabetes, low thyroid) must be considered.  It may be nothing serious, but medical evaluation is recommended & will likely prove reassuring.
