Surgical excision : Most skin tags are merely shaved off with sharp scissors or a knife if they are raised. Sometimes they are flat or more pigmented these can sometimes be treated with lasers.

Vitamins will not: Cause weight gain. Eat healthy foods
that are high in calories. Eat six meals per day. Work on strength training to build your large muscle groups.  Work out w heavier weights w fewer repetitions.  Sleep at least 8 to 9 hours/night. Hydrate well w water. Foods to help w healthy weight gain: almonds, cashews, pecans, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, walnuts, hummus,  avocadoes, granola, trail mix, &gt;.

Where are the stretch marks?
Do you have any ongoing medical conditions other than stretch marks?
Your doctor should be able to examine you and suggest management. 
Different doctors prescribe different medicines.

Of course: B c pills have many non contraceptive benefits including shorter and lighter period, less cramps, decreased chance of getting a cyst, i recommend a workup to see why the periods are heavy and there are other meds to lighten the flow like Lysteda and at your age you may want to consider after you have had a proper work-up, endometrial ablation, I do them in office works well.

No: I'm assuming some type of opiate withdrawal? But no they can't against the law. Not likely to be effective anyway. Suboxone and subutex are only approved meds at this time to be used in doctors office and doctor needs training and special license to do this.

DO NOT USE!!: Reglan (metoclopramide) has a Black Box Warning from the FDA. This is only used when a drug poses serious side effects. Reglan (metoclopramide)
can cause tardive dyskinesia. The internet and chat rooms
are filled with discussions of supplements or medications to  increase breast milk. Most don't work or are outright dangerous. It makes no sense to treat yourself AND YOUR BABY with medication for a non-illness.

Male Menopause: Most primary care physicians who are expert in men's health are fine. You usually do not need to see an endocrinologist or a speciality clinic for this issue.  It would be less expensive to see your family doctor and the injectable form of testosterone is the least expensive way to get testosterone treatment.
