Hemoglobin level: If you hemoglobin level is below 12 gm you are anemic. Even if you are not anemic yet, you may have low body store of iron due heavy menses. It would be appropriate for you to take oral iron supplement and multivitamin. At your next visit to the doctor you should express your concern about excessive blood loss.

Bleeding : Bleeding during pregnancy must be taken seriously.  Sometimes women pass "bloody show" which can occur when labor starts.  Usually if a woman goes into labor at 29 weeks, there are efforts made to stop labor, because the fetus is not fully developed, but many issues go into this decision, including the condition of the mother, the condition of the fetus, whether medications (steroids) have been administered so that the baby's lungs can develop, the fetal heart tracing, and many other issues.

Blood thinners: Clot determined by ct scan or v/q scan. Blood thinners are drugs of choice. Sometime a "ivc filter" may be placed.
Depends why she has clot. Need to scan legs with an ultra sound to determine cause. Also need to review medications if they caused clot.
Other causes may be inactivity and genetic factors. Need to review these questions with primary md. Depends if 1st clot or not.

Sonogram of the leg: Venous duplex doppler of the leg will be able to show you if there is blood clot.

D-dimer: A blood test for D-dimer is a good screening test. A negative result is more useful in excluding blood clots than a positive one of concluding the presence of a clot. It also depends on the physical location of the suspected clot and imaging studies may be relevant.

Don't do that: If you are bleeding for 2 weeks, you should see a doctor, self-medicate is dangerous in your case, there is nothing OTC good for your condition because can be a lot of thing that can cause that bleeding
