under myright shoulder blade and in my belly button i get horrible stabbing pains and they dont go away for awhile. i toss and turn but it doesnt help i thought constipation but my boyfriend &dad said it might be gullbladder stones. whats the signs?

These can be: Gallbladder pain is in this exact location and it can be pretty bad.  It might come on or get worse after eating greasy food or fats, but not necessarily.  It is also possible to get gas "stuck" in the part of the intestine under the liver, on that right side, which can cause amazingly similar symptoms.  So it you really are constipated, you can try using laxatives, otherwise get GB checked.

Not necessarily: Shoulder pain is not a usual symptom of pancreatic cancer. Jaundice due to pancreatic cancer depends on the location of the tumor in pancreas and the development of metastases to the liver.

Pain: Pain below the shoulder is very likely muscular. It is possible you may have a pulled muscle causing sharp pain. However, at your age there are several other possibilities such as shingles. Please see your doctor for proper evaluation. Also, note any other symptoms such as shortness of breath, sweating, burning pain etc.

Blame the couch!: You may have slept on the couch and rolled on your side, and slept that way for a long period of time. This is enough to cause your shoulder blade to be in a position that is not ideal unlike sleeping in your own bed. The pressure of side sleeping too long in one position can further affect your neck, shoulder positions and may cause your clavicle, AC joint and sternum discomfort.

If you mean the pain was underneath your scapula, the muscle underneath it is called the subscapularis. Tears involving this muscle or its tendon are detected using the lift off test. However, you need a full exam not clear on here. Good luck.
