It doesn't: A verted or tilted uterus is just a variant of normal; there are no fertility problems associated with this. That's old folklore, nothing more.

The same: Retro-flexed or retro-verted uteri are variants of normal, constituting roughly 10% of nomral uteri. Notice this is not an abnormality, just a less common normal variant. The "best" position is the one you (both ) like the best, no position is better for conception. Best of luck.

Unclear: It is not normal to have fluid in the uterus. That fluid definitely may have an impact on implantation and pregnancy., can require some further investigation it is persists.

Ovulation Stim: The questions for pcos patients who want to get pregnant is "are you ovulating?" If you are having regular cyclic periods then you probably are. If you are not having periods then you are probably not ovulating. Metformin and Clomid (clomiphene) are common medications given to pcos patients to help with conception. Ask your doctor if you are a candidate for Clomid (clomiphene)

I am not sure: A # of women have an episode of spotting early in pregnancy. Sometimes it can be related to miscarriage but many women go on to have a totally healthy pregnancy & baby. Please let your obstetrician know. Take care.

Not really, heart: "tipping" of uterus is how uterus points inside body and doesnt affect pregnancy. It may affect ability of ultrasound to see early in the pregnancy but minimally so. For example, if your uterus is retroverted (pointed to the back) it may make it a little harder for ultrasound to see as uterus is farther from the probe (particularly if theres bowel in the way as well). Can see sac, heart beat.

is it true that clomid (clomiphene) decreases chance of conception at age 40? also, i have a severe prolapsed uterus is, can that decrease chance of conception?

Clomid (clomiphene) and others: Clomid (clomiphene) does not decrease chance of conception at any age: it is an ovulation induction drug, so improves - somewhat - chance of conceiving at any age. Prolapse is not strictly a fertility factor, tho with severe prolapse, intercourse can be difficult or painful. At age 40 roughly 50% of women cans till conceive, hope this helps.
