Second hand smoke: Second hand smoke from weed is more likely to cause you to have a positive urine test for THC than any transmission through semen. I doubt the explanation of people blaming semen for positive drug test.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Yes: Yes, semen can pass through clothes.  If you are asking specifically if you can impregnate someone through dry humping, i would say the chances are very very small, but crazier things have happened.

Maybe: Two points: first, the pre-ejaculate can contain sperm so the fluid can still lead to pregnancy. Second, while theoretically possible, it is unlikely that sperm would have passed through fabric to lead to pregnancy. However, the chance is not zero.  If concerned, get a home pregnancy test.

Sexual transmission: Trichomonas is harbored aysmptomatically in the male prostate gland and is transmitted with sexual intercourse to the female at ejaculation who then develops itching and a vaginal discharge. Both parties have to be treated simultaneously for the treatment to be effective prior to the resumption of intercourse.

: If you are concerned about getting your partner pregnant, there is an easy solution. She and you should both use contraception. It is highly unlikely that the fluid you see on the outer part of your underwear contains viable sperm (just the fluid), but if it is causing you concern, be responsible and use contraceptives.
