i get stomachache when standing for a long time. what is the reason for this?

Unusual symptom: Do you experience upper,middle, or lower abdominal discomfort after prolonged standing but otherwise not get similar discomfort on other occasions? This might be abdominal muscles which become uncomfortable in a strain type way as you stand upright for prolonged periods similar to people who develop back pain on prolonged standing. I doubt that any intestines or other intraabdominal organs do this

LLQ discomfort: Causes of recurrent llq abdominal discomfort may be identified by first addressing accompanying signs/symptoms so as to localize the organ involved: vaginal discharge or bleeding, alteration in periods, pregnancy risk? Fever, nausea, vomiting, altered stool pattern, blood with stool, tenderness, distension? Painful urination, blood in urine? Recent trauma, herniations? Age? Gender? Risk factors?

And each can cause the other: physical illness is often stressful, and mental stress can cause or worsen physical illness.

Stomach ache: May be gastritis, or gallbladder or rarely pancreaitis. Things that worsen gastritis are smoking, alcohol caffeine, energy drinks ( which have a lot of caffeine,spicy food so avoid those thing.  Check thyroid.  Try ranitidine/ prevecid  . May also be constipation,-fluidsfiber/, or  hernia,  ovary or pregnancy  If in the right lower abdomen can be appendicitis. f/u/w/ doc

Depends: Stomach aches after eating can be from eating too much, eating something that disagrees with you because you can not tolerate it, causes reflux or gastritis (inflammation of the stomach).  Try writing down what you eat to see ify ou can track it.  The most common food intolerances are to dairy and gluten so do an elimination diet for 3 weeks without them and see how you feel.  And see your doctor.

Multiple: Many things can cause a stomach ache.  Infections, nerves, pregnancy, uti, excess sibstances- alcohol, coffee, tea.  Undelying gastritis or ulcer.

Stomach pain: Among some of the problems are gastritis, ulcer, acid reflux, gall bladder problems, pancreatitis, etc and of course heart disease.

Yes but it's rare: Avocados are a great source of nutrition. However, if you're one of those rare folks who are allergic to avocados, then you can experience stomachaches & pain as well as swelling of lips & mucous membranes, even breathing difficulties. Your family physician can refer you to a local allergist/immunologist for testing. If you have an anaphylactic reaction, be sure to keep 2 epipens (epinephrine) on your person.

Persistent abdominal discomfort can originate from the large ;/or small intestine, stomach,  gallbladder, pancreas, liver, female organs, muscles or hernia of the abdominal wall, bladder, etc. You needs examination ; testing.  Go see the doctor please.
