urine has been pale green, thought it was lighting. no new food, med likely cause. just got azithromiacin: bronchitis. if uti will azith likely fix?

See answer : If blue pigment gets into urine, the color is often green because the blue mixes with the yellow urochrome that's naturally present. May be related to something in diet (e.g. Food dyes, vitamins, black licorice, asparagus) or medication (e.g. Tagamet, (cimetidine) amitriptyline, indomethacin). Azithromycin is a good antibiotic for upper respiratory illness and chlamydia/gc but not for utis.

Flushing: You are describing facial flushing, which can occur for many reasons.  It can be due to certain medications and supplements (such as niacin) or physical causes including a sudden increase in blood pressure.  There are hormonal and other causes also.  See your pcp who can obtain a thorough history including any associated symptoms, which may help identify the nature of the problem.

Pale skin: I don't think this is anything to worry about. If you have persistent paleness, checking a CBC would be reasonable.

Not sure: Physiologically speaking the narcotic may reduce your blood pressure a bit causing a reaction where you constrict the vessils to maintain an adequate pressure thus the face looses some of its color.
Best guess, its not a known side affect of narcotics

Anxiety: Could be anxiety related to claustrophobia.  You might want to wait for the next lift if you have the time, to have a less full lift.  Deep breathing and focusing on the outside of the lift would be helpful.

Evaluation needed: People just don't faint or have syncope for no reason. The simplest one is vasovagal but that still has to be determined. There are rhythm abnormalities that can run in families or de novo. It is best to see the doctor for evaluation.

Anemia: Yes, absolutely, low ferritin can cause pallor and could be indirectly related to hair loss. I would suggest a further work up for causes of iron deficiency

Varies : There are several potential causes, sometimes a good medical checkup can be a good place to start.  Some people will have a histamine release during exercise that can potentially cause the findings you describe.  On a more serious note, some people can undergo what is known as rhabdomyolysis in which the muscle proteins start to break down during rigorous exercise and can cause swelling as well.

Shared cause: Rather than anemia causing hair loss, it is more likely that whatever is causing anemia is also causing hair loss. It would be prudent to discuss it with your doctor who knows more about your health.
