Possibly: There is still a lot of research being done, but some studies have found a correlation between halitosis and gerd medications, specifically proton pump inhibitors.  Again, so far, the links are suggested, but not fully proven.  Either way, bacteria are thought to be the root cause.  Brush and floss regularly, use a tongue scraper, and ask your dentist about specific products to reduce halitosis.

Not really: I have a lot if patients on ppi therapy and this is definitely not a common complaint. If this happens it is rare.

Not normally : Unless you have fecal soiling from chronic constipation. You can get urinary tract infection.

They are related: Sibo or small intestine bacterial overgrowth is a result of a multitude of things, det included. Carbohydrates, including fruits and grains feed the bacteria in the gut and causing the bacteria to grow in abundance. This then interferes with the digestive process and this leads to fermentation of certain foods (carbs)- causing gas, bloating, etc.  Seek a functional medicine md to "heal your gut".

No: Moxypen is a brand name for amoxicillin. It is normal to have E. coli and other bacteria in the colon. In this short question, you have not indicated any symptoms which make you feel like you may have excessive bacteria in the colon. I would not take any antibiotics for this unless you are seen by a physician who has recommended it. Sometimes antibiotics can make bowel problems worse. Good luck.

Possibly: Urinary tract infections commonly have bowel bacteria, but if you are concerned and you keep getting them soon after finishing antibiotics it is worth having some testing to determine if there is a fistula.  May involve a ct, a cystoscopy, or a dye study.  Knowing more about why you have an ostomy and a suprapubic catch would allow a better answer.

after a bowel movement there is clear oil/film at the top of toilet water that is barely visible. no unintended weight loss, bm's are consistent and formed. could this be fat absorption problem or more likely to be bacteria / mucus?

: If you do not have any symptoms and have not lost weight, you may ignore it.
