Yes: The external eye, the conjunctiva and cornea are extremely sensitive and prone to damage to acid or base.  More so to base.  If the bleach is very strong the fumes can cause a chemical burn.  If you work with these compounds you must wear the correct protective eye and respiratory wear.

Lubricating drops: The eyes are very sensiive to bleach fumes and will water excessively when exposed which gets rid of most of the bleach.  If you vision is clear, the eyes are not particularly red and there is no pain, you can just use over the counter lubricating eye drops to help flush out the rest.  If there is any problem, see your ophthalmologist.

Bleach fumes: Leave the area and ventilate it to allow the fumes to resolve.  Flush the eyes with artificial tears.  If persistent ocular symptoms, see an eye doctor.

Yes: As long as you didn't get bleach  in your eyes, you should be fine. The fumes can irritate the eyes and you may want to use artificial tears several times to help soothe your eyes if there is mild burning.

Not very: Bleach is a common cleaning agent, used millions of times around the world.  The fumes can only be harmful in an enclosed space with little air circulation.  Your bathroom should not collect these fumes and the little irritation you have experienced should soon disappear.  You might add lubricating eye drops to help speed it up.

Need exam: Fumes from bleach usually cause irritation, but not more serious problems.  However it is concerning that you have vision changes today.  Regardless of what might have preceded your eye pain / seeing halos around lights = you need to have your eyes examined right away.  The eyeball surface will be viewed under magnification.

Avoid Bleach: You should be fine, with time.  As long as you  can breathe comfortably and speak in a full sentence i would just wait and let the tissue heal. 

There are safer cleaning products. Please be careful.

Depends: There are many conditions that can cause sudden onset of burning eyes. 
Go to an Ophthalmologist or ER for examination.

: If you rinsed it out of your eye, it will likely cause nothing more than some irritation. If you are having any vision changes, then see an eye doctor to have your eye evaluated. Good luck!

is it possible to get an acid/strong base in your eye and to not feel any pain? cleaned the bathroom with comet bleach, cant tell if my dry eye is caused by the usual retinol i wear every night or comet got in my eye and i just dont feel pain?

: If your eye is accidentally exposed to Comet powder, your eye will be irritated a lot.
