No: Since the 1970s, there has been little to no data to suggest any increase in cancer risk with hair dye. If there is a risk, it is likely very, very small.  Driving a car would likely carry a much higher risk, to put it in perspective.

For accidental ingestion of this or any other possibly toxic product call poison control at 1-800-222-1222 or be evaluated at your nearest emergency room. If someone is considering a deliberate ingestion of hair dye- they should seek psychiatric evaluation.

Steroids : Steroid pills should work but if its been a year i would like to see this rash.

HAIR DYE: Very unlikely, there has been a link with bladder cancer and excess exposure to hair dye. Unlikely with one exposure. Seek reassurance fro your doctor if you are still concerned.

biopsy is pending. what type of skin cancer?

Skin biopsy: Wait for a biopsy result.  It may be treatable reactive condition, not a cancerous.
