No: I have not heard or read anything about gluten allergies causing internal hemmorhoids.  People with gluten allergy typically have problems with nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pains created by inflammation to the small intestine.

WATCH YOUR BM: Not directly either the soda causing constipation and aggravating the hemorrhoids or the anal fissure that you might have
or it could aggravating an ulcer that you might have specially if it had high caffeine content
either way stop the soda monitor your bowels use a sitz bath.

I would recommend...: A large hemorrhoid could cause a blockage or obstruction.  If you think you are having a blockage, please see your physician.  There are other causes for obstructions that need to be ruled out.

Yes, : See a proctologist! if it is symptomatic phenol injection or rubber banding is the treatment for class 1 internal hemorrhoids. If they are prolapsed surgery becomes an option.

Hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids do not fall out. They can become large enough to prolapse through the anal opening . Just having internal hemorrhoids is not an indication for surgery. But if the hemorrhoids prolapse all the time, they need to be removed surgically. This can be done by banding, stapling or standard surgical resection

External hemorrhoid.: This might be a small external hemorrhoid which is not harmful, and they are not always painful. Try some preparation H and if it does get painful or bleed significantly, see your M.D. for an exam. Avoid getting constipated too.

i have a hemorrhoid. im experiencing a crawling sensation that feels like a worm moving. mostly at night. sometimes randomly in the day. i did the tape test and the dr ruled out worms. is the crawling associated with hemorrhoids? what causes it?

: Yes it is. At night the attention is drawn to it for in the day time other distractions keep your attention away. Avoid constipation, use  otc hemorrhoid ointment at night and after bm. If not better in a week or so pl get checked. Good luck
